Every element of our menu, from a la carte to the sizzling Teppanyaki, is crafted for an unforgettable symphony of flavours. Our dedication to technical exactitude is highlighted in our signature dishes: Teppanyaki Sliced Beef Wrap, Unagi Grill and Saikyo Miso Black Cod.

Each Teppanyaki Sliced Beef Wrap and Unagi Grill requires meticulous attention, from preparation to heat control management. Over the past four decades, we have devoted time and discipline to perfecting these dishes. The toasty, aromatic garlic slices, our rigorous approach to achieving the ideal balance of crispness, texture, and flavor in the Unagi Grill, and the careful marinating of our Saikyo Miso Black Cod all reflect our commitment to quality.

While dining preferences have evolved, MATSUBISHI has remained committed to our ethos of uplifting traditional culinary dishes. Sanctuaries

The Kyoto Room

An elegant private suite that can host six to eight guests, The Kyoto Room offers an intimate dining experience without the sizzle and clatter of the iron grill. Privacy is at its core, making it ideal for meaningful conversations and engaging gatherings. Diners can still enjoy teppanyaki, which is prepared outside and served directly at the table.

The Private Rooms

A collection of private spaces that prioritises a personalised experience for guests who value focus, privacy, and an elevated chef-led dining experience. These rooms are for diners to bathe in the serene and quiet atmosphere that exists within MATSUBISHI. Guests can request a specific chef and bond over dishes forged from the artistry of live cooking in an intimate setting suitable for small groups of four to eight diners, as well as larger gatherings accommodating up to sixteen diners.

The Main Dining

The main dining area, which includes one teppanyaki area that accommodates up to twenty guests and regular tables that accommodate up to fourteen guests, is the heart of MATSUBISHI and where it feels most alive.
